Pasta topped with juicy, flavorful blackened chicken and rich, creamy alfredo sauce that you wouldn't guess is lightened-up. A fancy meal that's easy to prepare!

1 12-13.5 oz box whole wheat pasta
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded or sliced to 1/2 inch thickness
1 TBS + 1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp dried ginger
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 TBS canola oil
Light Alfredo Sauce:
1 TBS butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBS flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups low-fat milk
1/3 cup (3 oz) low-fat cream cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
