Easy BLT Ranch Salad

Brussel sprout salad with a familiar twist

16 oz of Brussel Sprouts, diced
1/4 of a red onion, diced
6-12 oz of bacon
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1 container of cherry tomatoes, halved
Swiss cheese
Ranch dressing
Salt and pepper
In large pan cook bacon, to desired crispiness. Remove bacon and place on paper towel, leaving the bacon grease in the pan. Cook diced Brussel sprouts and red onion in grease for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add 1tbsp of balsamic vinegar Stir in bacon and add desired amount of tomato halves. Mix in mayonaise. Add salt and pepper. Spoon onto plate, top with shredded Swiss cheese. Drizzle with ranch dressing Enjoy!
