Easy bread upma

Healthy and tasty dish..which can be cooked easily with veggies in home..All types of left over bread can be used for this dish...It can be served both as breakfast and a healthy tasty snack..

1.Bread(any kind of hard bread) cut into cubes
2.2tsp oil
3.mustard seeds,curry leaves
4.cumin seeds
5.chopped garlic 1tsp
6.chopped green chilly 1tsp
7.chopped onion 1 large r 2 small
8.chopped tomato 1big
9.red chilly powder
10.turmeric powder
11.garamasala
12.salt
13.ghee
14.water
15.coriander leaves(chopped)..
You can also add chopped vegetables
=>add oil to a hot tawa => add mustard , cumin seeds,curry leaves.stir it... => add chopped garlic n green chilly..saute it till its raw smell goes.. => add chopped onion..saute it till it becomes light brown in color => add all powders(red chilly,turmeric,garamasala)..saute till the raw smell goes.. => add tomato..add stir till tomato smashes.. => when the oil is seen out..Add little amount of water.. => let it boil till the water drains off..Add salt => when the water is fully drianed off add a tsp ghee and then add the bread cubes..mix it well till the masala mixes well with the bread.. => sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves on the top and serve hot!!..
