Easy Bruschetta

1 1/2 pounds tomatoes

1/4 cup virgin olive oil

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1. Chop the tomatoes into 1/2 inch pieces and add them to a container. 2. Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the container. 3. Chiffonade the basil and add to the container.
