Easy Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

1 c. frozen mixed veggies (I used California Blend)
1 c. chopped, cooked chicken (I like to buy a whole fryer chicken, put it in the crock-pot and after its cooled, pull apart. I can usually get two meals out of one whole fryer chicken).
1 can cream of chicken soup
1c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a un-greased 9in. pie plate, stir veggies, chicken and soup. 2. In bowl, stir remaining ingredients (Bisquick mix and milk until blended. Pour into pie plate. 3. Baked uncovered about 30min. or until crust is golden brown.
