Easy Chicken Chow Mein

Homemade Chow Main is quick and easy to make, especially if you use coleslaw mix instead of cutting up veggies! A simple meal that is kid friendly too!

1 14-oz. package coleslaw mix
1 handful bean sprouts
4T vegetable oil
1 T. chicken base
3T. soy sauce
1 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
1/2 c. green onions
2 7oz. packages Stir Fry Noodles or Chow Main Noodles
(both found in the refrigerated produce section)
1 handful bean sprouts
4T vegetable oil
1 T. chicken base
3T. soy sauce
1 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
1/2 c. green onions
2 7oz. packages Stir Fry Noodles or Chow Main Noodles
(both found in the refrigerated produce section)
Heat a large skillet on HIGH HEAT. Add 2 T. oil. Once oil is heated, add chicken strips in a single layer. Reduce heat to MED HIGH. Let cook for 1-2 minutes without stirring to allow it to brown.
