I have been on the hunt for a chicken parmesan recipe for most of my adult life. I am brainless when it comes to cooking and usually manage to screw up the recipe in one way or another because I lack kitchen confidence. I stumbled upon a fabulous recipe for chicken parm that had even had easy in the title!

4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
seasoned bread crumbs
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
8 slices mozzarella cheese, or more
1 jar (16 oz) spaghetti sauce

Whisk egg and milk in one bowl. Pour Italian bread crumbs in another bowl.
Place the raw chicken in the egg/milk mixture, let it sit for a while and then dredge it in the breadcrumbs.
