Cook's Note: I have NEVER made Chicken Pot Pie before (GASP!), so I thought I would give it a whirl! This was actually very simple to make and my husband said it was "the bomb".... so I will take it as a good thing! My entire family enjoyed it and they think I slaved over this dish, but it really couldn't be easier! I changed the original recipe to make it my own. 1 Box Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crusts (let come to room temperature before using)
2 Chicken Breasts (Cooked and Shredded)
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup chopped onion
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp fresh ground pepper
½ tsp Garlic Salt
½ tsp Cavender's Greek Seasoning
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
