A simple spice blend marinade for a delicious pan fried chicken shawarma served with a yogurt tahini sauce.

2 lbs. of chicken breast cut into thin slices
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Kosher salt
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. curry
½ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. allspice
1 tsp. paprika
¼ cup chopped parsley
8 oz. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. Tahini
1 medium onion thinly sliced
2 Roma tomatoes sliced
1 tsp. zatar
