Easy Chocolate Nutter-butter Thanksgiving cupcakes

Create a frugal, festive look by adding these turkeys to your favorite cupcakes using Nutter Butter cookies and M&M's. The peanut butter/chocolate combo is always a favorite and kids go straight for the M&M's.

1 package Betty Crocker Milk Chocolate cake mix. (the ingredients needed according to the box)
1 package chocolate frosting
I got the Nutter-butter cookies from Smith's for $1, with more than enough for 12 cupcakes.
The M&M's I found at the Dollar Store for 6 snack size bags. I also got the cute red cupcake tray there too! It has 9 indented holes to keep the cupcakes from bumping into each other and has a clear snap on lid with a handle. Not all the Dollar stores have them, but if they do, I stock up on them cuz they are so dang perfect for taking to parties and /or for gifts.

Prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the box for cupcakes. Bake & cool. Use a round tip to add frosting. Place Nutter-butter cookie in the center and add M&M's around them for feathers. Easy peasy!
