8
1 pound of corn - either fresh or frozen
12 ounces of condensed clam chowder soup
36 ounces of water
2 chicken flavored bullion cubes
2 ounces of salted butter
1/2 pound of catfish fillets diced
3/4 pound of potatoes cut into cubes
2 ounces of onion diced
1/2 teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, celery salt, oregano and rosemary
12 ounces of condensed clam chowder soup
36 ounces of water
2 chicken flavored bullion cubes
2 ounces of salted butter
1/2 pound of catfish fillets diced
3/4 pound of potatoes cut into cubes
2 ounces of onion diced
1/2 teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, celery salt, oregano and rosemary
Add all of the ingredients into a large soup pot, cover and cook on low heat for 90 to 100 minutes. This chowder requires that it be stirred frequently (every 10 minutes or so) to prevent sticking and burning. When finished garnish with parsley flakes and serve with fresh bread and a small side salad.
