This Easy Creamy Coleslaw is not only the perfect Summer side dish, but great on sandwiches as well! Bring this coleslaw to your next Summer cookout and it is sure to be the hit of the party!

1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon celery seed
1 Tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
one 16 ounce bag shredded cabbage with carrots
1 carrot, peeled and grated
