This chili is low in fat and high in fiber. It's full of flavor with just the right spices. A hearty meal all on it's own! Or you can get the delicious vegan recipe too!

1 lb. ground sirloin or lean ground turkey
1 small or medium chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper, optional
1 clove minced garlic
1-2 t. chili powder, to taste
1 t. cumin
1-2 t. granulated sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
