{Easy} Crunchy Peanut Butter Granola

This easy granola recipe is packed with pure, unadulterated peanut butter flavor!

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (I used honey roasted, but feel free to use plain)
