Easy Dinner Rolls

Quick and easy. Delicious rolls to compliment any soup. Great with jam!

2 Tbs Yeast
2 C. Warm Water
1/2 C. Sugar
1Tbs. Salt
1/2 C . Oil
1 Egg
6-7 C. Flour
Dissolve yeast in 2 C. Of warm water. Add sugar, salt, oil, and egg. Mix in 6-7 cups of flour. Roll onto floured surface and knead 5-10 min. Place in lightly oiled bowl and cover to double its size. Once risen punch down and divide dough in half. Take one of the halves and roll into 12 balls and place in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Repeat with other half. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 min. Till lightly brown. Remove and lightly butter tops of rolls. Enjoy!
