Easy Fried rice

1 cup vegetables- I used fresh carrots
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 yellow onion-chopped
1/4 soy sauce
2 cups cooked rice-chilled
2 eggs
2 green onions- chopped
1 tsp Sesame oil
