Easy Goulash

A quick meal, this is one the kids love...full of lean ground beef, lots of noodles, and a sauce that makes you want more!

8 oz whole grain pasta
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c ketchup
2 tsp paprika
1 lb lean ground beef
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash pepper
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water, until tender; drain. Meanwhile, brown beef and onion lightly in skillet, stirring with fork. Add pasta, remaining ingredients and ½ cup water; cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Serves 6
