My favorite omelette recipe has shallots, mushrooms, spinach, and Parmesan. All wrapped up in a perfectly cooked omelette. Does that sound good or what?
1 c mushrooms, chopped
2 c baby spinach
1 shallot, chopped
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
For the omelette:
3 large eggs, whisked
1/2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 Tbsp butter
salt and pepper - about 1/4 tsp each
Crispy and delicious air fried tilapia fillet.
1 piece Egg ( beaten )
1 cup Crushed Cornflakes
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons Water
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Nonstick Cooking Spray
Mix salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and flour in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine egg and water. In a zip lock bag, combine crushed cornflakes and grated parmesan cheese.
