4 Cups Rolled Oats
½ Cup Honey
½ Cup Butter or Coconut Oil, Melted
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Chopped Almonds
¼ Cup Sunflower Seeds
¼ Cup Coconut
½ Cup Honey
