This is a classic one pot chicken dish with potatoes. Its a hearty and filling meal yet is amazingly delicious.

8 fresh chicken thighs
6-8 medium potatoes, cut into halves or quarters
5-6 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 fresh onion, cut into quarters
15-20 whole garlic cloves
sea salt
Black pepper
4 teaspoons of ground pepper or 5 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
