Easy Oven Roasted Smoked Sausage and Potatoes

This is a fast and tasty dinner, serve with a side veggie and you have an awesome hearty meal on a night when you need Good Food done quickly

what you need:
1 package of smoked sausage, sliced into rounds(you can use turkey smoked sausage)
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
5 large potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
olive oil
fine sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
sweet paprika
dried thyme
1 cup of grated sharp cheddar cheese
