1 ½ lbs. Chicken Thighs, debone, skin and cube
6 oz. Chorizo Sausages
1 Med. each Onion & Red Pepper, Chop fine
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
½ C. each Tomatoes in Puree & White Wine
2 C. Rice
2 ¼ C. Water & 1 ¾ C. Chicken Broth
¼ tsp. Saffron
? tsp. Thyme, dried & 1 sm. Bay Leaf
16 oz. Shrimp, cleaned
4 oz. Peas or Green Beans, cut 1" diagonally
