Easy Pot Pie

This creamy comfort food will come together in less than 30 minutes and is a great way to get your veggies, too!

2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
1 cup heavy cream
2 ounces cream cheese
1/2-1 cup stock (I used leftover turkey stock from Thanksgiving, but chicken would be fine)
1-2 cups shredded chicken
1 can mixed peas and carrots
1 can new potatoes, diced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 can cream corn
1 tbsp garlic powder (I prefer fresh, but I was out, so powder filled in for me) :)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can Flaky biscuits
