Easy Potato, Bean and Sausage Skillet

An easy and hearty recipe that can be done in a skillet or as a foil packet for camping!

1 pound sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces (any variety works, I used sweet)
8 ounces green beans, fresh or frozen
1 onion, chopped
4-5 small potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks (russet or yukon gold)
4-5 mushrooms, sliced (optional)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper, to taste

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
