easy Salisbury steak

1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 pound ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 package onion soup mix
2 cups portebello mushrooms
1 tsp thyme
2tbsp flour
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp ketchup
1 cup chicken broth
In a large bowl mix ground beef ,bread crumbs,onion soup mix and the egg. Shape into patties. In a large skillet ,coo k patties in olive oil on medium high heat until juices run clear.Remove from pan and set aside.In the same pan add mushrooms ,cook until tender.Then add flour to coat the mushrooms.Gradually add the broth,ketchup,thyme, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.Bring to a slow boil,returning patties to the skillet for 2 min.Reduce heat and Simmer for an additional 3-4 min.Serve with warm cooked pasta and yor choice of veg.
