•1-1/2 pounds colossal shrimp
•2 tablespoons butter
•1 tablespoon vegetable oil
•3 garlic cloves, minced
•1/2 teaspoon salt
•1/4 teaspoon black pepper
•1/2 cup lemon juice (about 2 large lemons)
•zest of 2 lemons
•1/2 cup white wine
•1/2 cup chicken stock
•1/8 cup fresh parsley, chopped
•2 tablespoons butter
•1 tablespoon vegetable oil
