Super Easy Re-Fried Beans that can be adapted to your consistency liking. Great to use for frozen burritos

5 cups dried pinto beans
1 large onion - diced
2 1/2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
13 3/4 cups water
Place beans in strainer and rinse well. Place beans in large slow cooker (6 qt min.) Add onion and spices to beans. Cover with water and stir to combine. Cover with lid and cook on low for 8-10...
