Easy Spicy Orange Beef

Spicy Orange Beef is light and healthy. Fresh orange juice and soy sauce are the base for the sauce. Crushed red pepper gives it a kick. Serve over rice.

2 bags boil-in-bag rice, 3 1/2 ounces each
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional (I don\'t use any)
1 pound boneless sirloin, cut into strips or bite-sized pieces
1 teaspoon minced garlic, (the kind in the jar)
1/8-1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 teaspoons sesame oil
3/4 cup green onions, about an inch long + additional for garnish, if desired
