Easy Tomato Salsa

This is a very easy salsa that makes a great snack. Fresh and tasty!

10 tomatoes
2 large jalapenos
1 large yellow bell pepper
1 large red bell pepper
1 large green bell pepper
1 medium onion
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp salt
1. Wash the tomatoes, peel the onion and remove the seeds in the peppers and jalapenos. 2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces so they would fit into the blender. 3. In small portions, blend/chop the vegetables for 30-45 seconds. 4. Place all chopped vegetables into a large bowl. 5. Squeeze the juice of the lemon onto the salsa and season with salt. Mix well. 6. Refridgerate for 1 hour or more and then enjoy!
