1 yellow or lemon cake mix
2/3 cup whole milk
7 oz sweetened condensed milk
6 oz evaporated milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish
