Easy Veggie Pasta Salad

This is a quick and healthy pasta salad with lot's of fresh vegetables. Goes great with most meals.

2 12oz boxes pasta. I used Tri-Color Rotini and Penne
1 - 16 oz bottle Ranch Dressing
1 - 16 bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup green peppers
1/2 cup red, yellow or orange peppers
1 large cucumber
2 cups chopped broccoli

(Most of the time I go buy dressing from my favorite restaurant)
As many or few of your favorite veggies. Anything goes.
Boil, drain and rinse your pasta's. Follow directions on the box. I cooked my separately because the penne pasta takes longer to cook. Next pour on both the Ranch and Zesty Italian Dressings, and a little...

1 c sugar
3 T cornmeal
3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
