Egg with Kimchi and Avocado

Delicious and colorful. With kimchi, no need for salt and pepper.

1 egg
1 tablespoon chopped kimchi
3 quarter slices of avocado
¼ slice American cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon olive oil
Heat olive oil in a small pan. Creak an egg into the pan, cook over low to medium heat. You can make sunny side up or hard over. When the egg white is half set, sprinkle kimchi over the egg. (If you are making hard-over egg, flip the egg after kimchi settles on the egg. If not, continue to cook.) When the egg is set, put cheese on top and turn off the heat. Remove egg into a plate and top with avocado slices.
