Eggless Biscuit Cake

This eggless biscuit cake is easy to make & fun to eat and as fluffy & soft as a normal egg cake.

2 Cups Animal crackers ( Make powder)
1/2 Cup All purpose flour
1/2 sugar
1 cup lukewarm milk
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp sweetend condensed milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1.4 cup dry fruits of your choice
1/2 of 1 unsalted butter slab OR 3 tbsp
1/4 tsp butter to grease your cake pan
8 inch cake pan
