This bright rainbow cake can be used for birthday cakes, special occasions and just about any time you want to create a splash of colour. It looks and tastes great and is quite easy to whip up!

7 cups all purpose floor (maida)

4 cups powdered sugar

3 cups milk powder

3 tsp. vanilla essence

3 cups cream

5 cups milk

5 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp each food colours (Voilet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, red)

For icing :
5 cup rich cream
7 cups icing sugar
2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla essense
2 cups tuti fruity

Mix all purpose floor, milk powder, sugar and baking powder. Seive this mixture 2-3 times. Add all other ingredients (not icicg ingredients) and mix well. Grind the mixture so that no lumbs are left in a...
