I believe this is a Hungarian cookie. My mom made these when she was young and passed the recipe on to me.

3 eggs
1 T oil
2 t sugar
1/4 t salt
1/2 t baking powder
1 2/3 c flour

Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into rounds or diamond shape. Brush with scant amount of oil. Sprinkle sugar /cinnamon is on top. Bake 375 on well greased cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
