Roasted butternut squash and everything but the bagel seasoning meet to create one exceptionally tasty side dish.

1 (12 oz) pkg cubed butternut squash
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Trader Joe's Everything Bagel seasoning mix
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Trader Joe's Everything Bagel seasoning mix
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss squash with olive oil and seasoning mix.
Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or coated with cooking spray.
