This delicious Extra-lean Turkey Chili with Kale is healthy, easy to make, gluten-free, low fat and it is perfect for a chilly day!

1 cup diced onions
2 garlic cloves, minced
3?4 pound extra-lean ground turkey
1 cup red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1?2 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
3 cups kale, chopped
2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp ground cumin
