A delicious way to eat your greens!

1 pound whole wheat pizza dough
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 cups packed baby kale, spinach and swiss chard mix
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup (2 ounces) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup (2 ounces) Parmesan cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
