Fantastic Taco Casserole

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE tacos. We eat tacos at least once a week and sometimes even twice a week. They are super easy to make, and not to mention super good too! I happened to come along this recipe, and it sounded perfect! It has almost everything you would put in a taco, and I have to say it almost tasted better than one too!

1 lb of ground beef
1 (1 1/4 oz) package of taco seasoning
1 (15 oz) can of refried beans
2 cups of Monterrey jack cheese, divided (or you can use cheddar)
1 cup of salsa
2 green onions, chopped
1 (2 1/3 oz) can of sliced black olives
1 tomato, chopped
2 cups ( I used about 3 cups depending on the size of your dish) of corn chips (I used frito’s corn chips) coarsely crushed or chopped.
