Easy to make calzones where you do not need to let the dough rise.

1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup low fat ricotta
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup turkey pepperoni
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
