Fast & Easy Breadrolls

2 tbsp Active dry yeast
1 cup Warm water (not too hot)
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1/4 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Salt
3 1/2 or 4 cups Flour
Combine the yeast, sugar, oil and water. Gently mix and allow to sit for about 5 minutes. Stir in the salt, egg and enough flour to form a soft dough. Then turn out the dough and knead it until it is no longer sticky. Devide into six pieces and roll into balls. Place on a baking tray and cover with a towel. Allow it to stand for about 10 minutes while you preheat the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown for 425 degrees.
