FATHER CHRISTMAS’ FAMOUS ORANGE COOKIE RECIPE

If you’re looking for some baking to keep the kids busy over Christmas, these are perfect for little hands. They’re incredibly easy, plus a little birdie told me they’re Father Christmas’ favorite cookies.

200g butter, softened
100g brown sugar
250g flour (alternatively: spelt flour)
1 orange, juiced
3 tbsp sugar
60g walnuts, chopped
1 vanilla pod, scrape out seeds.
1 tsp cinnamon
