Fish Balls

Similar to croquettes, stuffed with fish and potatoes and deep fried

Fish Fillet - 200g
Potatoes (Boiled) - 1 med sized
Bread Crumbs - 2 tbsp.
Corn Flour - 1 Tbsp.
Dried red Chilly - 6-7 pcs
Garlic - 1 clove
Vinegar - I tbsp.
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Oil - (to deep fry)
Salt to taste
Remove the stems of the red chilies and grind to make a paste with sugar, garlic and vinegar. Keep it aside. Boil the fish for about 5 minutes until it is soft, then combine it with the boiled potato, bread crumbs, corn flour, the red chilly paste prepared earlier and salt. Mix well until a dough is formed. Roll the dough into round shape balls and deep fry in oil. Serve with lime and tartar sauce on the side
