Fish Stick Po’ Boy Sandwich

A fun twist on a Po' Boy Sandwich! A quick dinner recipe that takes a toasted hoagie bun and layers it with lettuce, crunchy fish sticks and a homemade tartar sauce with a zip!

1 box Gorton's Fish sticks
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp horseradish sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sweet relish
1/4 tsp creole seasoning
4 hoagie rolls
4 tbsp butter
  1. Prepare Gorton's fish sticks according to manufacturers directions. When you remove them from the oven toss with 1 Tbsp creole seasoning.
