Fit and Fabulous Chocolate Protein Brownie

Soft and fudgy chocolate brownies that are actually good for you - low sugar, low carb and HEALTHY fats!

1 TBS light butter
1 tsp flax oil
1 tsp omega 3 oil

¼ c Truvia for baking
4 TBS Pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg white

3 TBS almond flour
¼ cup chocolate protein powder
¼ cup dark cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a loaf pan Mix all ingredients together in the order they are listed. Pour into greased pan and bake 20-22 minutes until its just set. Cut into 12 pieces, each serving is 2 squares.

1 stalk celery
2 green onions
1/3 c mayonnaise
1 t lemon juice
1 t white vinegar
1 T minced fresh dill
1/4 t Old Bay seasoning
1/4 t sugar
