Christmas goodie plates just wouldn’t be complete without a hefty helping of this decadent, rich Chocolate Mint Fudge! If you’ve got an extra five minutes, you can make this!

2 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg or 12 oz. Ande\'s Mint Baking Chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts ( optional )
