3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups old fashioned oats, GF
1/2 cup oat flour or GF flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Optional: Add 1/2 cup Peanuts or Walnuts for more protein!
