Fluffy Cinnamon Rolls

You can get cinnamon rolls in most groceries. But, they are so much better when fresh and hot from your oven. A combination of sweet and spice perfect for an afternoon tea party.
You can create your dough from scratch if you are confident about your baking skills. You can add raisins for added texture and a cream cheese frosting to make it even more special.

1 cup flour for dusting
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
