Freezer Beef Stroganoff

This recipe is great because you throw all the ingredients into a bag and freeze. When you are ready to eat it, you just throw it into the crockpot for 6-8 hours and yummy!

1/4 c minced onion (I used onion flakes)
1/4 c butter-softened
1 lb. stew beef
3/4 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 (4 oz) cream cheese block-softened
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
