This french macaron recipe is less sweeter than the usual and easier to make. With tips for those who would like to try making french macarons for the first time.

45 g almond flour (very finely grinded blanched almonds)
70 g powder sugar
8 g vanilla sugar and 2 Tbsp granulated sugar, OR 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of cream of tartar (optional)
dash of food color -powder form
